What's this greyed out Kimura?

When you have dominant side control and opponent sweeps to single leg a greyed out kimura pops up. Can you do a kimura during that animation somehow?

Huh... that is weird indeed.

I wonder if there was meant to be a double leg sweep, and the kimura was the reversal for it like the regular double leg? Or maybe it's a bug, did you have any kimura's equipped?

Yeah, all subs. I messed around in practice mode for a bit, but I couldn't figure it out.

After your opponent attempts a takedown, you can reverse them into 3 things:

Guilotine reversal(like in the video)

Kimura reversal

Takedown Reversal(judo throw reversal)

The problem is, half way through the game, the devs patched the keybindings and changed the way reversals happen.

However if you go into the fighter moveset, instead of having L2+R2 as a way of doing the reversal submissions, it has them just as L2.

They changed the key bindings, but forgot to change the menu key-bindings showing how those things are done and almost nobody uses them.

I think the takedown reversal is just L2. The only ones that changed to R2+L2 were the kneebar reversal and sprawl guillotine reversal.

Does that have something to fui with why that kimura pops up?
