Weekend Leagues

So the trend this year is that pretty much all sports games have some sort of Weekend League built in to their UT modes. Fifa, Madden, and even 2K all have weekend tournament type modes that give rewards for winning a certain amount of games within a time period.

Could EA UFC follow the trend and have something similar built in? I would honestly love that. These tourneys should have special type of rewards for UT and it would be a great way for the best players to test their skills on a constant basis.

I know they already have the LEC, but that's only once per month(if that). Say they make it 25 fights from Friday to Sunday. The guys with the best win % and toughest fights would be ranked the highest. Would be cool if the devs could implement this.

It's during part of the week but all of the weekend. Wednesday to Sunday. I know because i play it every week lol

Youre talking about the salary cap mode right? I only played during the very first week (i got pink diamond and everything) but i could have sworn it ended on friday i remember people complaining and everything but maybe they changed it.

Yeah they changed it in the 2nd season. Which made sense because most people are free on the weekends.

One thing I loved about FUT18 was squad battles. Something like this in UT would be so dope. I don't know if there will be some similar.

Would absolutely hate this. I like the WL concept but for example, on FIFA you're expected to play 40 games at around 15 mins each over 3 days. Majorly unhealthy. **** that.

That grand prix would be amazing for a weekend event. Imagine an online grand prix where you would advance through rounds to win a trophy and maybe some extra UT currency.

But yeah, probably not happening.
