dear lord, let the practice remain the new button configuration feels clunky to the hand and im having trouble with the flow of the game, trying to fight patiently but its going to take alot of playing to get the controls and im a hardcore gamer,with tat being said I dont know how this game is going to win over casual gamers with the complex controls...that was the biggest issue with trying to get my friends to play MMA games with me! they would give up and trade the game,.....EA something simple as making low block a 1 button set up can drastically change the feel..
reset the control options and patch your concerns and release a demo to the public a month before release because if this forum community has its complaints and grudges then what do you think the casual gamer would feel?
I love the game out of passion and it is better then the 2nd game but this it definitely needs other control options?

A classic control scheme would be clutch even if u can't do a few moves

Is there any possibility we will still be able to play against the ai when the beta ends? I don't know if I can survive 2 months without this game! It is so freaking good and enjoyable!

Hey Devs

Really enjoying the game, a lot to learn but cant wait to put some time into this. As far as constructive criticism goes i have two issues i have found.
Submissions are waaaay too easy. the bigger issue is controller input. I find when im trying to use Edson and throw like a crane kick 9/10 times its an uppercut. I have tried holding the controller different ways to no avail.

Also cannot find in the moveset a way to armtrap. care to share? =)

thanks for this tho really think after a few patches this is gunna be amazing

Arm trap has been move to RT + right stick. Exact same inputs as UFC 2 aside from the modifier being RT.

You also get punished for pressing the wrong way with it by lowering your block, where you didn't in UFC 2.
