It's not hands down to be honest. It may be better but it's not clearly better (at least to me that is).

the clinch and ground game of undisputed 3 was sick, but i preffer EA UFC 3 TBh

Yes, the online aspect was the one, big blemish on UD3, and the patch that would've fixed it never came out as THQ went belly up. From a gameplay aspect though, nothing can top it just yet, maybe UFC3 will when it comes out for real

I also miss the lobbies from EA MMA man, we made fight cards all the time and did live commentary, it was awesome

Dont forget that U3's Ranked was blocked on normal energy and 3RD = A shame!

UFC Undisputed 3 is currently the most complet mma game ever. We will see if the finale version of EA UFC 3 will be the new reference but I doubt it since I have played the beta.

+ On ground locomotion (toward to cage for ex)
+ Online features - Camps (Clans) and all in-camp tools like training w clanmates
+ Tutorial and Practice settings and tools (like turn on frame data)

EA UFC 3:
+ Graphics
+ Animation
+ Ground
+ Standing striking
+ Damage system
+ Stamina system
+ Online features - Ultimate team
+ Online netcode and modes
