Submission stam cost

Watching ufc 218 , u see Alex Oliveria attempt a lot of subs and now he’s gassed. I think Ufc 3 should tax sub attempts more to be more like real life.

Re: Submission stam cost

Grappling in general needs to tax a lot of fighter's stamina more.

Depends on the sub and the gate imo.

This should apply to all chokes.

Tbh all joint subs should be tougher as the fight goes on to represent the affect sweat has on your grip.

Def agree about grappling stamina needing to be much worse. Both striking/grappling stamina needs to come from the same pool.

Re: Submission stam cost

I completely agree with you. I don't understand why they make subs easy to get with low stamina tax. Sub should be more rear than now. I hate defend very hard in full guard against attempt submission. Sub is more fast than a transition in full guard. Is that fair?? I don't think so. completely unbalanced.
