This is a GAME not an MMA simulator. I'm a big MMA fan and even though I'd like a pure sim game, that's not what this is and I'm not going to treat it like one, or I'll set myself up for disappointment... Like you have.

Yh obviously, but the real issue was never the overhands. It was the fact that with that amount of stamina, dude was still just as fast as he was when the fight started.

Look at this fight.

- Start at 1:25, watch for about 30 seconds. - Explosive movement, powerful shots from both fighters.

- Now skip to 3:27 for another 30 seconds. - Noticeably slower punches from Manhoef and a sloppy low kick attempt from Cyborg. They're tired.

- Skip again to 8:02 - They're both drained. Cyborg staggers forward. Manhoef stumbles backwards. (neither of them are rocked, they're just tired)

Cyborg throws the slowest combination in MMA history with little to no power. Takes a deep breath, attempts to throw a lead leg rondhouse kick. Manhoef is too tired to raise his guard so it lands flush, but Cyborg was too tired to throw it with any force so it literally did nothing.

This is what fatigue is and what it does to you It needs to be represented accurately and it simply isn't right now.

It's especially confusing when you consider the fact that EA UFC2 already had some version of this. The problem with that game was that your stamina didn't drain fast enough to reach that point in a normal fight. It seems they fixed that one aspect only the break the part they had right.

Yes, the only thing missing is a bigger slow down (there is a slow down right now but it's not huge).
