EA Sports UFC 3 Soundtrack Revealed

Looks like I’ll be turning off the menu soundtrack n just playing my Spotify while the games on. This music list is disappointing.

I like rap but I like variety even more. The fact that there’s so Little classic rock, metal ,Alt or indie. Hell if you’re gonna get a list of just rap at least make sure you get GOOD rap artists.

Only song I remotely care for is the Killers song. Just feels like a random inclusion. Yikes.

I think these are just the songs that had to be licensed. I’m sure they’ll have those other type of songs that aren’t licensed

I’m pretty sure Ufc owns the rights to STEMM’s face the pain. It was in the last 2 I don’t see why it wouldn’t be in this one too

On the bright side every track can be turned on or off, as well playlist in general can be turned on or off as a whole. I will personally fine tune my own playlist as I did on EA UFC 2.

All though consoles have their own way to play music outside of the game what they need to do is add an in game version of those console apps like Forza Horizon 3 does.

I don't really use the console music apps but from what I noticed on Forza that it would act like the regular Forza music stations meaning the game knows when to cut the volume down when cutscenes are taking place.

From what I've seen with those music apps outside of games like Forza the music will continuously play regardless if cutscenes or audio is playing.

The old gen consoles had it best Imo especially since you had EA games that would allow you to use your consoles own music/ playlist. Such as FNC, & Def Jam Icon to name a few.

Tekken Tag 2 on old Gen Consoles allowed me to custom choose every song played. What music plays in each menu and mode. Including console music.

Ask Microsoft & Sony to change up their music features to be like their old gen consoles then EA would have access to custom soundtracks again. Custom Soundtracks is the only way to satisfy music enthusiast of any genre/ type.

Man I wish there was a way to get around licensing issues and be able to upload songs into the game that you could then use for fighter walkouts.

If you kept this as an offline only feature maybe it could be possible, but eventually people would upload to YouTube and it would be a mess.
