Who Wants a Video Guide of Special Moves? (Cruz, TJ and Gaethje)

After a bit of labbing I came up with this video guide of some applications to special moves from these fighters. This guide isn't full - it just has some early impressions of the niche for those moves. I hope it will be useful to you. And don't worry, the guide itself isn't long. About half the video is a fight where I try to apply the fancy stuff.

Seeing these things will hopefully keep the PS4 guys afloat for a while longer.

I'm not quite sure what you were saying about Gaethje's block though. Is he more susceptible to uppercuts? Cause he should be.

Gaethje’s block reminds me a lot of GGG’s. I’m not sure if he took inspiration from Golovkin, would be pretty cool if he did.

Also this makes me want to see Bobby Green have his shoulder roll, not sure if it will happen though since he’s not really a top tier fighter.


Also the Cruz stuff is amazing, I need to test it for myself!!

Are there any other guys with signature lunges.

He is completely open to strikes from the front. Not much space to put this basic info on the video. Sorry. The point I tried to make is that you can punish side strikes to the head quite heavily with him, without needing to risk ducking, which is not only open to uppers, but alsohas a high vulnerability against them.

If I'm not mistaken Werdum and DJ also have Special Moves.
