How do you equip flash sub for career/caf?

So what determines if your fighter in career or just your caf can do one of the flash subs when and opponent is knocked down? I imported cerrone in career put core ground moves to level 5 and had over a 90 grapple stat with over 90 sub offense and when I would knock an opponent down to finish the fight it never gave me the option to do the sub just pound them out. I also had kimura and armbar at level 5. Anybody know the answer I would appreciate it.
