I've got a regular PS4 and the game is smooth as is, there's no way it's 30 FPS. I play a lot of 60 + fps games on PC and this hasn't given me that eye strain 30 fps games do. I think they did a wonderful job optimizing it.

Have you watched any videos of it running on the pro @60fps on youtube? the difference looks night and day to me?!
I have a PS4 Pro and I'm not seeing any option under settings and visuals that says performance. When I go to visual settings there's Opacity/Calibration/Brightness/Accessibility. I clicked on all 4 of those and none of them have a performance setting,although after playing the early access on Xbox,it seems to run remarkably smoother on my Pro,so maybe it's already running 60 FPS without me having to change anything
