fnf and ragdoll

@gpd I thought you said we were getting UFC 2 ragdoll back.this isn't that I'll give it to u it looks better but it's still not great how UFC 2 was can we get this turned w little more? And can can you bring back fnf punches after a ko it's such a handcuff to be forced to not have the choice to finish them.can this be patched in like UFC 1 please?

re: fnf and ragdoll

It really doesn't even look better, the KO animations have GOT to go. They look absolutely terrible. They're rigid and unrealistic, and every time, the fighter is snapped into the animation in a really jerky and rigid, twisty animation that makes no sense whatsoever.
I haven't seen a single true ragdoll KO in UFC3. Only VERY slightly less janky scripted animations.

I played a bit of UFC 2 for the comparison, and there just is none. The ragdolls in UFC 2, for the most part, looked VASTLY better, more realistic, and more satisfying than any I've seen in UFC 3 so far (and I've seen at LEAST 100+).

PLEASE bring back the exact same system UFC 2 had for knockouts, or at least as close to it as humanly possible. It's a huge flaw in an otherwise good game.

The rag doll doesn't seem to kick in even on clear KOs because they go into the FTF animation once they hit the ground. They cradle up in that generic curled up position almost every time so the knockouts hardly ever look dynamic. Seems fixable, hopefully they the devs are aware of this.

It seems like with sliders you get more realism in the FTF animation, notice how the AI caught me and followed up right away. I was playing on Pro btw.

Here's another clip, this one against Legendary. I landed a beautiful overhand and look at the ragdoll animation. It's there, but with sliders this game plays more like we want it to play. Smoother, damage is more realistic ragdoll animations happen more, and FTF animations look better because the follow up looks more fluid. I made a thread about this talking about these sliders, I'm gonna keep bumping my post because this is what the damage should be like.

re: fnf and ragdoll

I think it depends on the scenario. When I've landed a good clean KO punch, the animations are always good.

When I simply deplete an opponents chin for the whole fight and then hit them with a jab or straight, they tend to look blah. Try setting up your KOs a little better and it makes a big difference on how it looks.

KOs are one of the things that I'm actually surprised at how not-bad they've looked. But that's me.

I don't want bring back exactly the same as ea ufc2's ragdoll. It was ugly as well. If they bring back totally ragdoll, it should be have appropriate weight. Don't make the game to arcade. #NoMoreAirborneShow

re: fnf and ragdoll

Every second KO is my opponent falling down on his elbow sideways usually after being headkicked. The ragdoll need to become more frequent. And the animated KO less as it is right now.

There is Ragdoll and its good but its too rare way too rare... it should be the other way around more ragdoll less animated ones.

Once again, maybe 1/10 ragdolls in UFC 2 were bad.
10/10 knockouts are bad in UFC 3.

I'd take UFC ragdolls over this crap any day.
