i have experienced this on ranked. my opponent was GSP and i allowed takedown to him. I surprised in that moment because his stamina regen 20% when goes to the ground and I escaped from the half guard, we return back stand up then his stamina went back to before. What's happened? Is that normal?

That's normal that's his grape stamina which is different from striking stamina, don't worry
