Can we freshen up the clinch entries?


Move into range like this for over/under & double under


Grab a single collar & double collar like this

The current one we have just throws our hands out in this unnatural way.
Eliminate the hand clamping.

Best short-term solution would be to create more takedown-to-clinch animations/occurrences.

But judging by the lack of activity on this thread (and on the topic of clinching in general) everyone is cool with the clinch system as it is?

I'm not sure additional motion capturing for animations like this is a realistic wish for UFC 3.

I'm all for it though. If EA could just do me a favor and capture some Nick Diaz taunts the next time they are doing motion capture I'd greatly appreciate it.

Maybe a different overhand also.

Yeah I hear ya. I’m more hoping that the grappling issue in general is addressed in the next iteration of the game. Grappling should be as fun as striking...easier said than done im sure

But small improvements like increased single collar strike damage could come via patches for UFC 3 I’m hoping. It’s the little things
