Why hasn't the stamina been fixed yet?

lol what? There's plenty of fighters in the UFC who make their living off of being able to go 3-5 rounds and DRAG their tired opponents to it so they can kill them in the later rounds.

Stamina should reflect your fighter's Stamina rating(s) and what your fighter does in the fight. In the current game it does not.

Then lets put mcgregor 40 as stamina stats not change the whole game becouse some fighters dont train enough on the road
