Imo the priority of defense should go footwork > block > sways. So same goes with the severity of the tax with sways being the highest tax relative to the other defenses.
Lets hope GPD thinks about this.....The patch they released added surprises like referee stoppage but didnt fix the main problems like imput lag and this.

He's already considering a stamina tax on stationary head movement which is enough for me. But I am sure lunges will lose their delay and an increase in vulnerability too

What about head movement when moving most people do it in movement

slipping and ducking while moving around should take away even more stamina if we talk about realism

Even if they put a tax on head movement in general it will be already good nothing too complicate UFC 2 had stamina tax on it and it was not abused

I wonder why it was removed, I barely remember but even the block used to be slower
