That's the kinda jab I'm getting at.

If the accuracy difficulty is too hard, then they could have it be something like 10 - 33% stick = short range jab, 33-66% = medium range jab, 66-100% = full lunge jab.

In FNC with the right stick we could make a lot of subtle movements, so it's may be possible to do the same but with the feet and just be a case of git gud over time.

Edit: The purpose behind this is to help outside fighters pop into range slightly, land a shot with distance, and then safely pop out of range. At the moment if we go to pop into range, we run straight into phonebooth range due to the gallop & forward momentum.

We need more control over the momentum of our character when striking & moving at the same time.

The full lunge strikes u could flick LS forward then strike.Then the other ranges would be easier to control?

Even boiler said he feels stuck in mud with many fighters. That should tell you something.

If movement in general is improved it wouldn’t just improve outside fighting. It would also give more tools for the offensive guy trying to close the distance.

For example, having the ability to quickly jump in and out of the pocket fluidly like Conor. It would just make for a quicker, more dynamic and fun game.

It cant be canceled into/out of stuff like in UFC 2

I keep getting a freeze befrore i used it and am vulnerable to forward moving stirkes.
