Yeah that's not fun at all in 6 days for sure. I just came across an article talking about him moving up to lightweight possibly permanently even before this fight, because of the new weigh in requirements. Guess we'll find out how good of an idea that is shortly. He may quickly decide to lose some weight lol.

I think I saw he was 176 getting off the plane, and he lost like 10 lbs on the flight. So, when Holloway got the call he was like 186

For 218, Holloway cut from 173 to 145 during fight week, he should be fine going to 55.

All those numbers are from George Lockhart, his nutritionist, Luke Thomas tweeted it out.
