body kicks are to easy tocatch and do little damage. stephen thompson has no combos ending with a body kick. the body kick is slow easy to read and not rewarding to throw

First, you are right. Body kicks don't cause enough damage. Second, combos get too much attention and are too important in the game. Every flush kick to the body should cause much more damage. Not alone those at the end of a stupid combo. It would slow down pressure fighters because all they do is holding high block while moving forward. A body kick dealing much more stopping power is what we need! ASAP! I really don't know what the problem is to patch it in with the next patch. Maybe GPD could explain?

I say crank the single strike up by 25% and go from there. See how it changes the striking.

It was best in the beta unfortunately the bug that made players kicks impossible to catch resulted in a nerf to the kicking speed. The kick was fine. The bug was the problem.

Yh the bug and the block switching speed was too slow. Both have been fixed now. But yh I agree the body kick was fine.

body kicks will never be properly functional in this game as long as people can just skate forwards throwing hooks and uppercuts without ever planting their feet.

I agree that body kicks could use some more damage to them, and even more specifically, more stopping power.

I know JDS isn't the greatest kicker of all time but I landed a perfectly timed and ranged liver kick on Cormier the other day --- he walked right through it and threw a 5-piece combo (sigh)

Well i agree with you but it cant be like in ufc 2 where people just use body kick with every fighter....

Everybody was doing straight body kick straight body kick look at martial videos.

What i would like to see

Give body kick level 4-5 to fighters who deserved it and buff their speed and power and rest of the roster should have body kick like we see today.

But really give them only for fighters who deserve it

So pls no Nate Diaz , Conor ,Cormier etc...

Random blocks doing pumpfakes. Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.
