Ty - yes he's doing something to induce lag purposefully.

The other guys are outright dosing people and causing them to lose service giving them losses.

And thay easy to stop all you do is phone ur isp tell them ur being dos and get them to black hole the ping boom no more dos attack’s as ever time that ip address try’s to ping you ur isp will not allow it to come though
