What happened to stopping power?

Was it totally removed from the game from UFC 2 to UFC 3?

Because i keep landing flush strong strikes and guys just keep punching through them with their power and speed enhanced combos.

Its so lame.

As time goes on this will become more apparent to people as an issue.

Re: What happened to stopping power?

I have a problem with almost every fight. As I'm sure everyone does, but just doesn't notice it. I will clearly land a significant strike, my Oppenent head will even move like it was hit, Joe Rogan will scream and say something, but the head health won't move at all.. Every fight!

Then we have knock outs when the strike was a mile away and some how I got knocked out by the wind!!

Re: What happened to stopping power?

It does lower impact. Doesnt simply stop all strikes. If it did it would feel so clunky to play

I guess I am confused! UFC 3 is much more dangerous and you can get dropped easier! UFC 2 and the combo multiplier were very frustrating. Are you talking about the straight stopping them from moving or not striking? Just curious.

Im talking about a throwing a punch, me stepping out of range of the punch and coming back with a beautiful straight, typically you'd expect this to either stop the persons combos in its tracks or atleast the next punch coming will have half the power, nope. Instant Ko.
