I played some dude in ranked who use Bruce Buffer at MW. Not that I want to ever use him, but how do you get Buffer?

Go to tournament mode
Make sure the tournament is MW and that you name it Bruce.
Auto fill the tournament and press start. You should hear an "Its' Time"
Buffer will appear in the tournament.

In order to unlock him in other modes, you have to win the tournament with Buffer.
