There is a GA build-up for the guy on bottom. So, the dude on top must move soon and can't wait much to set up his pass, or he'll die by GA. Therefore, this buff seems fair in my eyes.

Couldnt the GA just be removed since the ref will actually stand you up if the top fighter is just throwing baby punches

That would put us back to DOM sprawl being too powerful in general, regardless of the stand up timer.

The point of the GA build up was to force the DOM to act quickly to secure position since sprawl is not a super controlling position to begin with.

This change just makes the transitions to back side a more appealing option in that effort.
