Re: Live Tuner Set Update - May 16, 2018

Stat changes I've seen so far:

Machida: Headmovement 84>89

Gil Burns: Power 82>86

Dan Hooker: Power, Accuracy up.

Brad Tavares: Power 87>89

Kelvin Gastelum: Speed 93>95, possible other striking buffs, definite ground buffs of some description.

Nerfs:

Vitor's Speed was appropriately dropped.

Plus a few more that don't spring to mind right now, some nice changes to a few guys though, Machida and Gastelum feel better in particular.

Yes. So I can use him without getting knocked the **** out for daring to use a low-rated fighter. I'm a Machida fan but there is literally no incentive for playing Machida.

Or we could get just get prime versions of veteran fighters...

But anyway, atleast he got a buff, 86 is alright.

Hooker still needs work though, his speed, footwork, switch and grappling are all pretty underrated. The power buff is good though, or am I just crazy?

Is the full list of changes up? Does anyone have the link?

Edit: Top work on the Machida headmovement buff, he feels absolutely great now.
I dont think you are crazy. I just dont know if those buffs are justified yet. I watched the Diakese and Miller fights before the devs made the change and I'm comfortable with where he is right now.

While I do think 85 for Machida is a bit low, its not completely inappropriate, he avoids a lot of strikes and that's how he negates damage but he has also been put on queer street by clean strikes early (Brunson, Shogun) and utterly murdered by Romero.

I think 87 would be good, personally.

I also think Nogs chin needs a buff, it should equal or exceed Overeem.
