-reduce stopping power of the jab from 0.7 to 0.5
-slight increase in transition speed from top Sprawl to top Backside

Jon Jones - Traditional level 4 > Traditional level 2
Lyoto Machida - Back Front Kick level 2 > Back Front Kick level 4

How much of a difference is .2 going to make on the stopping power reduction? Like what strikes will blow through the jab now?

It depends more on timing.

The stopping power number determines how early in the start up of a strike you have to land in order to stop it.

So for example, if an uppercut takes 24 frames to contact, this change means you have to intercept it 4 frames earlier than before with the jab in order to stop it.

The change is obviously bigger for longer strikes like a head kick, which takes about 30 frames so 6 frames earlier than before.

Might sound small, but it will make a difference.
