Agree with the above two posts 100%.

I've been asking for the ability choose to stay down off active KD since the beta..

Fully agree. That's the one thing they got wrong with the leg damage. Movement speed in general should slow down. It's like unless the leg health event happens, you'd never be able to tell a guys leg is damaged badly.

Yh this is a good idea too. The leg health event becoming permanent when your damage is critical would be good.
