The guillotine reversal from sprawl used to have some shenanigans about it, which were fixed at some point. I hope this case of the DU reversal will be fiex in time, too. It does seem very important.

That reversal after the kick is crazy!

I would have expected a reversal not to be possible after a missed kick, only allowing for a denial if anything...

Are the denials and reversals "easier" to do in UFC 3, compared to UFC 2? In terms of denial windows etc.

Yes, they have an almost 100% success rate.

I would argue that the submission reversals on takedowns are too easy to hit as well. They just aren't as effective or widely used because people want to avoid grappling and submissions are way harder in UFC 3 than they were in 2.

Dunno what the heck was going on with the wrestling exchanges
Spoiler
all I know is DC was damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn excited!!!!

It would be awesome if you guys could get DC onboard for UFC 4, to advise on the grappling exchanges.

Spoilers from yesterday's event are in the spoilers bits:
Spoiler

I would like the clamp down to become a thing. With Khabib
Spoiler
, the grappling is to secure the position first then land damage after. We need to be able to hold a position, not just by timing the opponent's move by choosing a direction, but actually holding down on the stick like it was in UD3.

My dudes, if you guys can take some of the magic we saw
Spoiler
adapt it to this title, wow.

Also,
Spoiler
blocking with his elbows, grabbing wrists, moving his head from side to side, moving his hips, all of those need to be in the game.

MAN I AM PUMPED AFTER THAT EVENT XD

All those scrambles are what grappling should be in game.
Somebody take a shot, if you don't get the sprawl, you throw in a whizzer and it's a fight from there.
