Transition meters appearing but not moving on certain positions??

The ground game seriously needs to be looked at!Has anybody else noticed that quiet frequently the transition meters will appear but it wont allow you to transition at all its like they are locked or stuck no matter what you try so you opponent gets a free transition or escape??Am i missing something or is this happening to other people too?

I only have this issue with the L1 Get Up from submissive side control ( the get up that takes the place of the half guard transition, not sprawl )

I've seen it happen with the sit-out--head-lock subtransition from FG bottom. Dude just getting stuck there, until the opponent passes to HG. Opponent can't even deny, I think.

If you guys see this stuff happening, please record it and post it. It might help to reproduce the bug ad fix it. And the bug seems to be quite specific.

cool will do i think i may actually have it captured a few times i will go through some recordings and see if i can pull it up and post videos.
