Let me introduce my idea; Add different mode for UT. In this mode you'll be able to use only created fighters with same amount of moves than UFC 2. Original mode could also stay on game if someone wants to play it. Development team/EA get's more cash and players could build their own fighter for online fights. Basically everyone would be more happy.

Yeah I don't think we're gonna get back good ol' ultimate team until UFC 4. I'd love to see an overhaul as you said though.
