Nope

Also perfect

It has poor range. The best way to stay out of single collar is to maintain distance and use straight strikes.

And can you start posting your patch impressions on the thread instead of making separate topics?

Agreed. But I wouldn't nerf it too much. The biggest "head scratcher" is how you can rock your opponent (close to the cage) the get a high body slam to KO them. Not sure I have ever seen that happen in real life. But you can do this every time in the game.

I like the new single collar denial window. Listen clinch in single collar should be a very common position. If you can’t defend yourself in the clinch you should get owned by the better player. That’s what mma is all about.

That would be fine if the clinch didn't totally suck as a gameplay mechanic. The single collar damage helps, but the static clinch is not fun at all in any other position and the denials are unintuitive and imbalanced.

Agreed! Locomotion in the clinch needs to me more chaotic in the open where a strength stat should be implemented. The cage clinch needs to be able to slide side to side with weight forced against the opponent with the left stick to keep them there. While the defensive clinch could slide to the side and try to get that moment of space to get off the fence.

I do like the cage clinching system coupled with takedowns. The open clinch is ugly and too controlling. I’m ok with what we have till ufc 4.

Any ideas of what kind of system you’d like to see in ufc 4 Retracted?
