Still sometimes getting kicks instead of uppercuts

I played about 5 matches online last night, probably threw 20 uppercuts, not one of them misfired.

I even TRIED to make a few become leg kicks and it was really hard lol unless I was absolutely egregious about it.

All 5 matches were pretty much lag free last night so maybe that made a difference.

I know for a fact I mis-input and get a leg kick occasionally. No one is perfect! But I swear this has become more common for me, but after last night and not missing one uppercut....I'm a bit perplexed haha

Maybe it is more user input than I thought. But there is sitll something else going on I'm convinced

I chalk it up to user input, but I do it more often than I care to admit.

I was having a heck of a time getting uppers to come out consistently in combo last night. I’m taking like one in five were coming out as straights. Normally it’s more like 1 in 20. Maybe i was just off but it sure felt sluggish online last night.

Yeah i'm still getting it. Sometimes i can play all night and not have a single problem, some fights its like it literally will not throw an uppercut. I can't see that these fights are user error, not that many times.

Another thing i'm still getting R2 'sticking'. I release R2, throw whatever, get the elbow/knee like i'm still holding R2. In matches where my fighter has no R2 based moves, they just kinda twitch and freeze. I've also noticed that strikes will cancel without a press of R2, it usually cancels within about 2 frames and you barely see the fighter move. Tested on 4 different people's ps4's in the last couple months, multiple different controllers. Same as the uppercut issue, some nights we'd play all night without any issue, some fights it was happening quite a lot.

they were all standard ps4s.

This happens very often to me usually more that 3-4 times per fight. I notice it happens even more when I’m using the taller / longer reach fighters (Rockhold, Jones, etc) it mainly comes out as a rear leg kick, or doesn’t come out at all

I feel it’s user error but idk
