Yeah, you can’t fake effectively from sub sprawl. The meta from that position is pretty straightforward and mundane... definitely the most mundane and bland position in the game.

Either reverse them, stand up to over/under, or wait til the ref stands you up. You can’t really do anything right away - nor should you, because GA builds as you stay there.
