Here's my take on this:
They're gradually tapering off the resources to UFC 3. Not saying they're closing the books, or running a skeleton crew, but they're finding compromises in order to put out content. example; the takedown animations that were stripped from UFC 1 instead of doing new mo-cap. Dana White, Bruce Buffer, Andre Bishop, Isaac Frost, are all characters that don't need to be created from the ground up.

That way they can bypass having the design department make a whole new character by just reusing Dana White, and hey, it got them a LOT more clicks than if they had put Thiago Santos in it.

I've also previously pointed out the manner and efficiency in which they're creating the fighters means the roster will always be outdated or incomplete. UFC currently house 600 fighters.. and I'm not sure they themselves know how to handle that amount.

Part of me wants the Dr Pepper code Young George Foreman that I never got on FNC..

Most of me wants Rory, Moose, Cung Le, Lesnar, Big Country, Daley, Hardy, Askren, Rutten, Sakuraba and a fat James Toney with no sprawl mechanics.

Also, Herb Dean would be a fine addition. He had a few fights afaik.

I’ve been playing FNC so this is awesome news for me. I don’t mind the fake fighters.

Don’t mind them, but they shouldn’t be prioritised over actual MMA fighters, also, their grappling skills should be the worst in the game, even worse than CM Punk.
