Does the Sprint manually during a health event make that much of difference ? As against when it was automatic

I think most people prefer the auto-sprint gone.

Auto sprint was a cool concept, it just felt off.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for control.*
But in this instance, to me the auto seemed easier since the manual sprint is pretty unintuitive.* ? ?

That’s why people wanted it out so bad, ii gives them a chance to get away especially if the other guy isn’t good at sprinting....
