PES 2009 Option Files WORK!!!!

Great news guys. I tried loading a overseas option file and it worked!!!!!!!!! All leagues. All credit goes to those guys at PESFAN.com and PESREPUBLIC.com, Dragonskin and Kristoff.

I used xport 360 v1.07 and it worked. Here are the instructions and the website. you have to register but it is worth it.

REMEMBER - unplug your 360 from live until you have made a modification in the edit screen (ie - change the name of someone, create a player) or Daymos could get banned from live for sharing

D&B Elite Option File (Xbox 360)

Combines the quality from Dragonskin (pesfan) and the creative Premier kit logos from Kristoff (pesrepublic)

Myself & Beasley remade all the premier League kits from scratch including detail from club emblems to correct goalie kits with sponsors..

All leagues (except the German league) correct with badges logos etc..

Celebrations, hairstyles and even the most recent transfers are all in place.. we will update bits and bobs now and then, but for now.. enjoy

Installation Help

X-port/X-sata

Connect your hard drive/memory card to the Xport Device as instructed in the manual.
Run the Xport software
Navigate to partition 2 or 3, and select the correct gamer profile
Find folder 4B4E07FA(PES 2009) and go into subfolder 00000001
If you've already saved some files, you should see them there

Use WinZip to extract the downloaded option file to a separate folder
With the option file unzipped, have your xport software window on one side of the screen and the folder with the option file in on the other side of the screen.
Use drag & drop to transfer the files to the Xport. You may have to transfer the files one or two at the time otherwise the program might crash.
Once all the files have been transferred, disconnect the hard drive from the X-Port hardware, plug it back onto the Xbox and load up PES!

Good luck guys! If you guys have trouble, i can try my best to help. I am using a 64meg xbox card. I heard some people have issues with the larger ones. REMEMEBER TO DISCONNECT FROM LIVE BEFORE YOU LOAD IT AND THEN EDIT SOMETHING, A PLAYER NAME OR SHOES SO IT REGISTERS AS YOUR SAVE NOT THE OG CREATER OR HE WILL GET BANNED!

If that's the case I'm sure more than one person will forget and he'll can banned. Too bad LIVE had to be setup this way. Lock saves just to protect Achievements.

I wonder if they can find a way to make the Euro files work with American version of the game.

I know we have a US option file but it would be nice to start playing with a file that has been worked on and tweaked.

This is a Euro Option file. I believe they all work with the US 360 version from what I tested.

It works I already installed it. Problem is I don't see the chest advertisements on the edited teams.

Did you put all of the image files on it too, there is over 100 of them. I did realize of couple didn't show up, like Sevilla and A. Madrid, but all of the Premier teams showed up.

My copy should arrive on Tuesday, but I still need to buy a memory card before I can get an option file. However, fantastic to know there won't need to be any conversions or special US files. Wooohooo!

That was it, for some reason not all of them were copied to the hard drive. Now I see the logos.

It has the new epl and la liga kits, player, team, cup/league names changed. Doesn't include any player transfers but Konami will take care of this with their update.

I also grabbed the epl chants from the Von Option File on that forum. Works great.

Does your Xbox 360 need to be modified in order to get this option file?? Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can purchase the X-Port as well?? Reasonable pricing will suffice. Thanks
