For whatever it's worth, I'd recommend separating the option files for consoles discussion from the patches for PC discussion. If you lump them together, it's just going to confuse people.

Thank you for posting this! I'm on the fence about trading in FIFA 11 for PES 11 after playing the demo for the latter (and holding onto FIFA 10, which I had more fun with). But one of my major concerns was whether I could find a proper community option file, since the licensing sparsity in PES does bother me a bit. This brings me one step closer to making the switch, though I have to research feasible ways to move the files over (I tried this on Backbreaker and could get it, even though I had done it in the past with NFL 2k5 and other 360 games).
