PES 2013 PS3 rosters?

I have been Fifa player for a while and I was impressed with PES 2013. If I am correct there will not be teams in the game like Chelsea or Tottenham Hotspur. It also looked like last year there was a way to get these teams in the game even if it was just aesthetically. Will these rosters be available this year as well; for the PS3.

The teams are correct it just the team names and kits. You can get those by installing an Option File. There is one being worked on at www.pesgaming.com
