Online Play for PES....possibly jumping from FIFA

I am thinking of going with PES when it comes out later this year and this will help me decide if I will be or just sticking with FIFA for one more year.

In FIFA, there is online friendly "seasons" where you play 5 matches and whomever gets the most wins/goals wins that season and is crowned champion. Does PES have anything like this? Me and my friend have grown to love that mode.

Yeah there is a "Divisions" Mode. That is basically the same as seasons. But, it isn't as smooth in terms of connection it is hit or miss.

PES online doesn't come close to fifa, so I would look at other aspects of the game to see if it is worth the price. PES has a lot of strengths, but online sure isn't one of them.

I can only speak of PES 2015 online from Xbox one... and compare to FIFA

well PES online is horrible and I will say FIFA online is 10 times better.. literally

imo.. FIFA online is the only reason to ever buy it over PES for myself... I usually end up playing both for this reason but currently I'm only playing PES offline. I wish PES had FIFA's online as I would probably never buy FIFA at that point.

with that said.. I believe PES online might be a tad better on PS4 only for the simple fact that i think there is many more online players on that system for PES. not only does PES suck online but on Xbox one there is hardly anyone to ever even play it's so bad.

I will be getting PS4 before the next PES comes out though and get it on that.. especially if option file sharing is allowed.

ps. bottom line.. moving to PES from FIFA for online play is not the reason unless something drastically changes in PES 2016
