Thanks i want to jump ship to PES but not sure. The licenses and presentation or lack there of is holding me back..

Don't hold back. It's a great game. Installing an OF takes about 10-15 mins depending on what you want and after that you don't even remember if the game had unlicensed leagues and teams etc. This game is worth it this year IMHO.
