Is there a way to ensure live update stays off?

I disable the option every time I play a kick-off game, but for some reason, it always reset. I know I can set the port to '0' in the settings, but will if that's the only/best way.

I'm fairly certain that while you ARE connected, you can go to online settings and disable things there.

So there was nothing there; however, with the newest datapack released today, they added an option on the kick off screen where you can "set" your settings once and forget.
