It literally will change how certain events in the X-men's entire history will be viewed. I can spoil it if you like in another post/pm.

Granted, if you enjoy it or not depends on if you like Hickman's style, but he's seemingly trying to escape that Days of Future Past is a given future for the X-men.

And i'll say you literally don't have to read any previous X-men run by any writer, and there's a reason for that.
Alright, I've caught up on House/Powers. Not being incredibly knowledgeable of X-Men history, can you hit me up with a spoiler on which exchange this was?

Not much of a spoiler without context, also is why they are saying and showing it in the press.

It's Xavier reading her mind on the park bench.

Ah, got it.

So far, I think my favorite panel has been from HoX #1.

Magneto "You see, I know how you humans love your symbolism, almost as much as you love your religion. And I wanted you--I needed you--to understand...You have new gods now."

Re: Comic Book Fans....

So I read the spoiler for the twist at the end of Absolute Carnage #1.

It's something they've already done, like a few months ago. Unless I'm missing something.

I hadn't really been reading Spider-books, but AC #1 was pretty wild.

Re: Comic Book Fans....

Do you guys prefer single comics or trades?

Personally, I would rather read the trades and wait for the volumes to come out to get the whole storyline. The only downside is sometimes the trades don't come out until several months after the storyline is done.

Re: Comic Book Fans....

Trades for stories I'm really interested in and read occasionally online as some are released.

The new X-Books have gotten me going back to single issues for that, I used to have a $90+/week pull list, but once you start buying books out of habit instead of interest it's time to get out.

Re: Comic Book Fans....

Yeah I mainly buy physical trades, but as the issues come out I buy individual issues digitally.
