Cocaine would be my guess. It basically simulates a heart attack by constricting the coronaries and throwing them into spasm.

I'd be shocked if it wasn't cocaine- a healthy 32 year old won't go into cardiac arrest.

If she had an eating disorder (and based on here late teen look till now that's what I would put my money on) it could easily put a ton of stress on her heart. We'll know soon enough...

While I agree that it's not likely she died of a heart attack... she could have had heart disease and no one knew about it.
