2016 has claimed another music icon. Bernie was a key member of Parliament-Funkadelic. Along with George Clinton and Bootsy Collins formed the P-Funk sound that helped influence many top acts in the nineties. I was fortunate enough to meet him a couple times as well as was him play. He also had stints with the Talking Heads and the CBS Orchestra.
