This is the situation I'm worried about. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but the potential is there.
Somebody touches another person innocently or accidentally. It is on camera and clearly shows it happened. The person that was touched then claims they feel harrassed or that abuse occurred.
CBS got called out for not stepping in and protecting Kellee. They left it up to her and the other players. If that situation happens, they will have no choice to but to step in and remove the player. When things are in the gray zone and you are relying on feelings, it's easy to overreact and hard to prove either way. CBS would be killed if they had a person claiming something happened and they said they didn't believe them and left the other person in the game.
*This isn't a situation were it happened previously and they were told to stop.
