Blocking kicks?

Ok, I've seen the punt return and kick-off return thread, and while I haven't been able to do it yet, I understand how it's done.

How about blocking kicks?

1) Does the computer ever block a kick? I've never seen it happen (never seen it happen on Madden, either)

2) How do you block a kick? I don't want a "money" play, just to actually have a chance to do it.

the "cheeser" way of doing it is getting the far right player, run all the way back and get a runnign start and time it so where the balls is kicked you're runnign full blast and can hit the qb. i hate people that do this. the only thing i can think of is get your fast guys on the ends of the line and tap turbo as fast as you can and hope you go in untouched. i personally hav't blocked a fg but have blocked several punts with a speedy runner.

I've done it a few times online, the trick for me is use punt defend formation and substitute one of the ends with a fast player. Then rush in on the snap and time it just right and it works.
Note: (It only worked for me if the punter is aiming the punt low like a line drive punt.)
