Looking at the Bright Side
This was no doubt, a sad week for NFL video game consumers. But I have thought of a few good things:
1. I'll save alot of time when it comes to deciding what NFL game to get next year. Only one choice. 2K5.
2. By sticking with 2K5, I won't spend all of August adjusting sliders. I am already good to go.
3. I might actually make a dent in the Crib.
4. I'll save $50....or $20 or whatever.
5. In 5 years, I will be able to say cool Obi-Wan Kanobi lines to young gamers: "The 2K series was not clumsy or random as a 50 bomb into triple coverage. It was an elegant game for a more civilized age. Before the dark times........Before the Empire."
