My advice is to basically do alot of pre snap reads. Know your guys' routes and where they'll be. You'll basically be making alot of passes based on timing...same as a real NFL QB. Read the safeties after the snap and you'll have a pretty good idea where to go with the ball. Move around a bit in the pocket, find a good throwing lane to enhance your view. Use the triggers to progress through your reads if your primary guy isn't open.
Most of all just stick with it, man. Passing in FPF is tough initially but you'll soon get a feel for it. If it remains too difficult then just switch to 3rd person when you're playing on offense.
