You know how in the NFL when there is a fumble, there is a pile on, and then you see some of the teammates pointing the opposite way if they think one of their defensive pals came up with the ball? That would be a great feature for next years game, a huge part of NFL football that has been missed over the years.

Problem is, I dont believe they can do big pile-ups with the xbox or ps2. As you saw this year the players jumped on the ball, one got it, and the rest just slid w/out it. Your right though, that would be cool.

Maybe we will get something like that for next gen. consoles. Unfortunately we dont even know what they will be doing w/next years/future games.

Hey ryanm!

I think this is a great idea! It would really add to the drama and impact of a fumble. Maybe have it occur once every three fumbles and not every time the ball hits the turf. Even in the real NFL it is annoying to see both teams pointing that they have the ball when they can't even see under the pile.

They do that pointing when they're trying to convince the ref where the ball should be placed.

Maybe even a button to tap to either fight for the ball or protect it if you have it... like what they do for the tipoffs in the basketball games.
