To me it seems as if there are way too many interceptions. Especially from LBs. I have the interception slider at 0, and coverage about half way for the opponent and about a quarter of the way up for me. Still I throw more picks than TDs and it never seems like the CPU AI swats balls... they just catch them all.

I have the interceptions slider set 3/4 of the way, and I average maybe 2 picks a game.

The INT slider is broken. Put it on zero and you'll still see a high ratio. Just one of those things you have to live with.

I agree the INT slider doesn't work too good -- not at all for simmed games, for sure. Many people edit the D players' Catch ratings to 10 and below. That works.

im doing pretty good at not throwing INT's im in year 3 of my franchise and my last season i as the QB with a 90 rating, i had 3030 yards and 30 tds and 9 ints but i like to do alot of PA passing and i run the ball alot so i guess that would help me from throwing 2 many picks.

I don't have a problem with the high interception amount. If you throw it and the DB is standing right there he should intercept unlike Madden when they swat it down when it is thrown at them.

They aren't just catching the obvious ones... the linebackers are making really athletic jumps and dives at out in front of receivers that they should never be able to make. My leading interceptor on my team is the SS, but after that its two of my LBs... not the corners.

Only way to combat this is to edit player attributes. Sliders won't solve the issue.

DB catch ratings have to be <20 and their acceleration lowered about 25 points.

Linebackers have to have jump rating at 40 max and catch at 0.

Not a popular move, but the only way to tone down INTs in the game.
