What is your scouting/drafting formula

Here are the things I look for in a player while I'm scouting and drafting players in franchise mode. Using the formulas below the players I scouted ended up being in the high 70s and low 80s when drafted. I've had good luck landing defensive players I scouted but the offensive ones get taken pretty quickly. I also only use 2 points on each player when scouting. That way I can scout 14 players.

QBs - Bench (the higher the easier they throw down field) and GPA
RBs - 40 and bench
FB - bench and GPA
WRs - 40, Height (6'3" or taller for the Randy Moss factor), jump and hands
TEs - bench, hands and GPA
Cs - bench, GPA and shuttle
Gs - bench, GPA and shuttle
Ts - bench, GPA and shuttle
DTs - bench and weight
DEs - bench and 40
OLBs - 40, bench and jump
ILBs - bench, jump and GPA
CBs - 40, jump and GPA
FSs - 40, jump and GPA
SSs - 40, jump and GPA

listen to Mel Kiper, and look at their College stats, go to the combine, scout, and from there, guess on what you think looks good (the 40, bench etc.)
