That's the tough part about it but the camera shouldn't rotate. Much like you can still see about 5 yards behind the RB, hopefully the camera would be set so you could see 5 yards behind your player. Obviously a pass to a WR down the field when you are a MLB would be impossible to see but if you were a CB and the WR got behind you just a few steps you could still see them.

They could always have an option to flop the camera back to the normal cam once the ball is at least 5 yards past your defensive player but that could be confusing. Maybe they should make that a R3 click or something where you can manually control it and it creates a rotation like an interception return.
